In NeoAtlas we offer a wide range of localization and translation services for any type of document, including specialized and non-specialized texts. We also provide sworn translations by sworn translators authorized by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Our desktop publishing (DTP) service is also available upon request.
In order to maintain our commitment to quality, we commission the translation to professionals who render the documents into their native languages. The documents then go through a thorough proofreading process before they are submitted to the client. The entire process is performed with checks against our in-house customized glossaries, and internal terminology resources.
Our goal is to offer translations adapted so well to the target country that they read as if they were written locally. We achieve this by personalizing the entire process as much as possible, including always assigning the same translators to the same clients.
We simplify repetitive tasks with the use of software tools and the capacity to create our own internal tools. This allows us to improve the workflow and comfortably meet our deadlines.
We maintain a constant communication flow with our client by assigning an expert coordinator to each one. This coordinator is responsible for monitoring the project and addressing any issue that may arise. As a result of the experience we have accumulated by working with multinational companies, we have learned to interact with our clients not as an external service provider, but as a part of their organizations.
